  • NOTICE: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1914, the Judicial Conference has the authority to prescribe fees for public access to court electronic records (PACER).  In September 2004, the Judicial Conference approved an increase in the fee, from 7 cents per page to 8 cents per page, effective January 1, 2005.  PLEASE NOTE: The transaction receipts and ‘review billing history report’ for this court will reflect an incorrect amount until the necessary software modifications are installed.  Regardless of what is reflected on the receipts or reports issued by this court’s system, the per page access fee for data from this site is 8 cents per page.  If you have any questions, contact the PACER Service Center at (800) 676-6856 or pacer@psc.uscourts.gov.
  • Beginning August 1, 2001, a login and password issued by the PACER Service Center is required to access this site. If you do not already have a PACER account, visit the PACER Service Center's web site at http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/ or call (800) 676-6856. It takes about a week to receive a login and password from the PACER Service Center.
