Class Action Law Suit

1:16-cv-745-PLF District of Columbia

This is a civil class action suit against the federal government in which plaintiffs challenged the legality of Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) fees by arguing that the charged fees exceeded the costs of maintaining PACER in violation of the E-Government Act of 2002.
