Naturalization Ceremonies
The United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia has retained jurisdiction to conduct naturalization ceremonies for applicants seeking citizenship. Naturalization ceremonies are held each year in different points of holding court within the Northern District of West Virginia, and are presided over by a United States District Judge. Family members are encouraged to attend, and the ceremonies may be photographed or broadcast from the courtroom.

Applicants seeking citizenship will receive the ceremony date and time from USCIS.
Lost Certificate
If you wish to replace a lost Certificate of Naturalization, you must complete Form N-565, Application for Replacement Naturalization Citizenship Document, and pay the appropriate fee.
