The Northern District of West Virginia Adopts Order and Process for Further Protection of Highly Sensitive Documents (HSDs)

Today, Chief Judge Gina M. Groh signed a Standing Order declaring certain documents as Highly Sensitive Documents (HSDs), and creating a filing and retention process for HSDs outside of the electronic case management system.  Please review the full order for more information.  Contact the Clerk’s office if you have any questions.
